The first step is to contact our representative - you can fill our contact form or send us an e-mail. We can also chat on whatever platform you like.

We usually start our projects with a discovery contact and then we share our cost estimate, prepare a statement of work and schedule project kickoff. Once the contract is ready we can get to work.

We have a MEF (minimum engagement fee) in place. It all depends on a project - we will let you know about the costs when we get more information about your project.

We offer our clients several dynamic billing structures, including fixed project fees, hourly rates, monthly and yearly retainers for research, design, and development services.

Cooperation with mdbx^® can be based on individual orders / activities or on periodic subscriptions. Depending on the scope of activities, we adapt the contract to our clients - we are flexible. During the cooperation, we provide a team of specialists in a given field, which usually represents 1-2 account managers.

We are a remote creative team of strategists, researchers, thinkers, designers, developers, and managers.

We work with our clients almost exclusively on a remote basis. We were doing that for years, before it was cool.
